The app crashes and it just returns me to the home screen So now i am sure that it is just a software problem and not a hardware problem. So my phone is huawei nova 3i yesterday i was tryna unlock my phone using my fingerprint like i always do But I found out that the finger print sensor does not work at all Even the notification panel feature or the gallery picture swipe doesn't work with the sensor (which by the way does not require a certain fingerprint to work) So i went to settings to try and reset my finger print.
