Recently Released Critical Drivers - Read Only.Recently Released Service Tips - Read Only.Is anyone else having this problem? Has anyone found a solution? Has Lenovo done anything to fix this? I've done a bunch of searches and tried a bunch of 'solutions' but nothing. I've seen this problem posted about the X1 Carbon with no solution. I've performed all of the available updates to the BIOS and system components as well as windows updates, and nothing has helped. I asked what the actual solution to the problem was, and they told me I'd have to send the computer in for repair.I currently can't be without my laptop. I called tech support when it was happening and their solution was to use a pin to reset it. The worst part of it all is not being able to wake up the computer and having to reset it, and lose all connections and unsaved work up to that point. I have tried changing the power settings but nothing seems to help. I have been having an issue with the computer going to sleep after about 20 minutes of inactivity, and there seems to be no way to wake it up other than the reset pin underneath. I bought my X13 earlier this year because I needed to replace my old machine to support new work from home requirements.
